Return & Exchange

  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • You should contact us at: immediately once you decide to cancel the order.
  • For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
  • We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Requirements For Returning Items

  • Accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Items must be received within 15 days from the delivered date;
  • Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
  • Tights, Lingerie, socks, swimsuits, bath-suits, Bikini, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories  are not allowed to be returned;
  • In general, you will get the refund in 7 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected or has obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back. 
  • Some items purchased through special promotions , and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

How To Make a Return

Contact Us
Let modeshe Customer Service know what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return. You can contact us.
Send return package
  • Return Address: please get the return address from modeshe's Customer Service.
  • Leave a piece of paper in your package, and fill in the below information (very important).
  1. Order number
  2. Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return. If you are going to send items from different orders. Note: please write the correct corresponding order number for each item.
  3.  Reasons for your return
  • Declare the value of the package at US$30.00 if you ship the package to our warehouse in China. (It is not the real price of your package. However, a lower declared value can avoid custom taxes.)
  • Return receipt. Please send the return receipt such as the return tracking number and return tracking link to modeshe by submitting a ticket. You can get the return receipt from where you have your package sent back, usually it is from the post office. The receipt can be seen as the  important evidence  in case that your return package got lost during the shipping.

Return Shipping Fee

We don't pay for the return if you don't like the item you bought or if you have ordered the wrong size. Please note that the measurement you find in the product descriptions are accurate. Unless there was an error on modeshe's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color).

Exchange Is Available

Return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, maybe the item you want to exchange was no longer on sell. Anyway please contact us in time via tickets. 
Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

About Refund

Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned. modeshe will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your returns and verification, please check your account then.
There might be a delay of the refund for your return, this is because we usually handle returns twice a week.
