Shipping

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 6-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

Order process: Verification => Processing => Shipping => Delivery

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Normally Standard Shipment takes 6-9 business days. Express Shipment takes 3-6 business days.

Note: P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please email us within 5 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

1: In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

2: If shipping internationally, you may enter the tracking number we provided you by email (Note: Your order email will receive the tracking information after we ship out package.)

3: Please ensure your email is right to receive our order or shipping confirmation. If you haven't received our shipping confirmation, please check the email address you used to place the order. All the confirmation emails should be sent there. Otherwise, please check it in your junk emails.

4:When I was checking my shipping status, it showed “NOT FOUND”. It is because sometimes express delays on updating the information on their website. So please be patient and check it 2-3 days later.

1) Attention: telephone number is required for delivery. Your account email should be right in order to receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Your address should be elaborate,including possible atp.or unit number. We are not responsible for undelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons.

2) P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES is not accepted. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

We are not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. The purchaser or recipient of the cargo is responsible for all such taxes and duties.

1:Dear customer, certain items enjoyed by a great popularity of customers may encounter an inventory crisis. Please allow as several days to process it. We definitely will ship all items out, please don't worry. MODESHE never miss an order. Your patience with this will be highly appreciated.

Order cancel

1: We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase.

2: We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped Even if the order was placed within 12 hours.
For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
