Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ModeShe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 35 days from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie

  • Sleepwear

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing these items.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Responsibility

If the return is due to our error (including defective products, damaged items, or incorrect items shipped), ModeShe will cover the return costs or provide a replacement.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically within 15 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item
